Q. In which currency are your items listed at and paid for?
A. All items are listed and must be paid in USD currency


Q. When will my item be shipped?
A. As soon as your payment has cleared allow in 48 hours(working days,excluding Saturday and Sunday) for the small order and we will ship your items and provide you with tracking information.We provide tracking numbers for all orders after we send out your items.


Q. How long will it take to answer my questions?
A. Questions are usually answered within 24 hours.Please give up to 48 hours.


Q. How can I change my shipping informations?

Note:After you pay,please confirm your shipping informations are correct!


Q. What can I do if I don't receive my item within one month?
A. It rarely happens,in any case the best thing to do is to contact us immediately and we will resolve the situation.We strongly suggest buyers to pay for shipping insurance,this way in a case of an item lost you are covered.


Q. Do you dropship orders?
A. Yes,we offer this service,please contact us for details before we send out your items.


Q. Do you combine order shipping?
A. We combine shipping,but all items must be paid in one order.

Q. How much does shipping cost to my country?
A. Since every item weight is different,you can ask for us to calculate for you.

Q. How long will it take to receive my package?
A. We only use many shipping ways,With DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT/EMS/POST,you can choose it, of course the shipping is different. For the big order, we can ship by sea.

Q. Can you ship to me as gift and write low value on package invoice to avoid high customs taxes?
A. Yes, we always write on package invoice as "personal gift"or "sample" or else,and write a low value for your item for your custom,but we cannot guarantee you won't pay any custom taxes, you also can tell us how much of value we should write for you.


Q. Are all your phones unlocked?
A. Yes,all phones are unlocked,you can use any GSM carrier with sim card technology.


Q. How can i know our country network frequency?

Q. How about the products quality?
A. We would like to supply the good quality ones,and the items on sale that our company have tested them.Also we will test your items clearly again before we send out.


Q. What does my warranty include ?
A. Electronic devices at Etomde will give 12 months warranty except damaged by man-made.As for accessories, such as batteries and headset, they only have 1 month warranty.
Our warranty covers:
Any technical problem (for example,your phone cannot receive incoming calls,etc)
Our warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product,and those not apply to any:
1.Improper or inadequate maintenance
2.Misusage and mishandling
3.Fire,flood and other will-of-god
4.Damaged by a wrong voltage use
5.Physical damage (for example, dropping the device on the floor or into water, broken screen, broken case, etc)
6.Unauthorized modification or alteration
PLEASE NOTE: Etomde only repairs and replaces his own products. Please note that we keep records of serial numbers of every phone we sell.


Q. What is the return policy ?
A. Repair and exchange only on defective units.Requests for refunds will be accepted within 30 days of the date your order is processed for fulfillment.We are unable to issue refunds for orders processed beyond that time frame. Please note that unless the item you bought was DOA (dead on arrival), the product you bought will be removed part of cost for the shipping cost. Please read through the descriptions of the item to gain a thorough understanding of the item specifications,compatibility,price and shipping terms before placing an order.If you are uncertain about any terms, feely free to email us.


Q. What if the item I receive is defective or damaged ?
A. If the item you receive is defective or damaged, you can request a replacement.Please check your items immediately upon delivery,and if it damages,you should ask for the Courier to offer yoiu a receipt,and then inform us within 3 days.
